Change and Execution
The execution of a transformation process is often jeopardized by the lack of resources to keep momentum in the projects as well as keeping the daily business up and running. Depending on the preference of the client tnchange can assist in several ways:
- Process optimization & data flows: Companies undergoing significant changes need to rethink their processes and data flow in order to support the organization. It is vital for the future performance of the company, that the chosen solutions are tested and approved across the different business units and that the basic data are consistent and traceable.
- Project management and change: Projects have many stakeholders. Keeping the stakeholders informed and involved in the project and at the same time keeping momentum and the project on track is a huge challenge. There is an obvious need for experienced resources, who are able to work dedicated and are able to keep the commercial scope of the project. Projects are often a good and valid way of integrating change into daily business processes.
- Interim & flexible management: The management team is highly involved in any aspect of the transformation process; the daily tasks are under a significant risk of not being prioritized. It would in many cases be beneficial to leave the responsibility of some of the day-to-day duties to an interim manager, who will focus on keeping the daily business on track even during a major transformation of the company.
